To provide the disadvantaged (low-income men and women, Aboriginals, single parents, at-risk youth, the unemployed, recent immigrants) with the means to realize their potential and escape poverty through access to technology, personal-development and job-preparation programs and assistance to non-profit organizations working to help them fulfill their needs. TAPP is also committed to serving the francophone population by providing bilingual programs and services. By working in partnership with other community groups, all levels of government and the business community, TAPP is an organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged members of the community help themselves.
